| China is developing at the same pace as Germany – in reverse. Europe has become preoccupied with its internal problems – whether self-inflicted or thrust upon it – and we fail to realise that we have indeed fallen fatally behind in the technological race. I know China has its own problems too, but for now I’m just writing what I see.
